Secure your website using HTTPS

The HTTPS protocol is the secure version of http. When a visitor connects to an HTTP site, the data is transmitted as is. An attacker can therefore intercept and use it. When the connection is made in HTTPS, the data transmitted is encrypted. The hacker can still intercept the data, but he can not understand or use it.

The first step will be to select and integrate a certificate. There are different types of SSL/TLS certificates, you will have to choose it based on the level of confidence you want for your site.

Depending on the level of confidence you require, choose either a single SSL/TLS certificate or a certificate with "Extended Validation".

TASK

Use the most recent version of TLS (discontinue support for SSL)
