The SLA (Service Level Agreement) needs to formalize the level of security and support, and this in function of the level of criticality and/or the confidentiality of the data stored in the cloud.

Parties can reach specific agreements about response times to possible incidents, and this can be integrated in a DRP (disaster recovery plan) and a BCP (business continuity plan).
